In a small hamlet, just outside Avallon and near the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Detached house within a group of buildings. Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen area (electric hob, oven, refrigerator, etc.), separate toilet, and garage. First floor: 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 double beds, 1 baby cot), 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet. Electric heating and wood stove. Enclosed grounds. Secure storage space for bicycles. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. A cleaning service can be offered for an extra charge.
